Printed to order
We do not keep a warehouse. Each book is printed for you after you order, at the print shop nearest your address, and shipped from there. That is why there is a short printing window before your parcel moves, and why we cannot take returns once it has been printed (see our Returns page).
Where we ship
The shop currently ships to six countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Israel and New Zealand. If your country is not on that list we cannot ship to you yet.
What it costs
The exact shipping charge for your order is quoted at checkout, after you enter your address and before you pay. It depends on the destination and on the weight of what is in your cart.
For a standard delivery within the United States the rate is $13.69. For the other five countries the rate is calculated live for your address, so we do not publish a single figure here.
A larger order may be packed and shipped as more than one parcel. When that happens the checkout tells you so, and the quoted charge already covers every parcel.
How long it takes
Printing and handling take 3–5 business days. Transit then takes a further 5–10 business days, so most orders arrive 8–15 business days after you place them.
When your parcel is dispatched we email you a dispatch notice with the tracking reference (where the carrier provides one). The same information appears on the order page linked from your confirmation email.
Order limits and bulk orders
You can order up to 20 copies of a title in one order. For larger, school or library orders, please write to us through the contact page and we will arrange it with you.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, the wrong title was sent, or it never turns up, email [email protected] with your order reference and we will put it right. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you can exercise at any time on our withdrawal form.
