Printed to order, so no returns

Every physical book is printed for you individually after you order (see how shipping works), and digital books are delivered immediately. For that reason we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, and all sales are final.

Please check the title, the quantity and your address at checkout before you pay.

Damaged, wrong or missing

If your order arrives damaged, the wrong title was sent, or the parcel never turns up, that is on us. Email [email protected] with your order reference and, for damage, a photo of the book and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it.

EU and UK: 14-day right of withdrawal

Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. You can do that at any time, without giving a reason, using our withdrawal form.
